RAAS Express is one of the only fully web-browser-based maintenance and inventory management solutions where all functions can be accessed across the Internet. Modern technologies combined with a wide array of advanced fleet and inventory management features guarantee time and money savings plus increased capacity within your operation.
RAAS Express is available as a one-time license purchase or on a monthly access fee basis with no initial fee. System hosting, which allows you to outsource IT management and support of RAAS Express, is available as well and makes system management effortless.
Example Pricing for Three Simultaneous User Licenses
One-Time License Pricing of $11,500 OR Monthly Access Fee Pricing of $320 per month. Pricing varies according to the number of user licenses required.
In addition to either of the above pricing options you may choose to pre-purchase user support for $135 monthly and/or purchase ongoing system updates for $290 monthly. System hosting, which allows you to outsource IT management of the RAAS Express solution is available for the cost of the $290 monthly system maintenance fee.
User Support Fees: Monthly user support fees pre-purchase user support at a preferred rate. The monthly amount varies according to the number of user licenses, and entities you to ½ hour of user support per user per month. On-demand user support can be purchased a per-incident basis at a rate of $120 per hour with a 1 hour incident minimum.
System Update Fees: Monthly system update fees entitle you to ongoing system enhancements and helps ensure your copy of RAAS Express remains current.
Services
With the purchase of RAAS Express you can also purchase system data configuration and user training services. Aviation InterTec Services maintains highly trained staff to help you get RAAS Express running and optimally configured. Available data configuration services include migration of aircraft and inventory data from a pre-existing tracking system or from other data sources. Aircraft type specialist consulting services can be obtained as well.

RAAS Express Limitations
Compared to the full RAAS version the only functional limitation is RAAS Express does not allow access to the Inspection Document Manager module. There are no limits placed on the size of aircraft, the number of aircraft or the number of bases and inventories that are allowed.
RAAS Express is designed to use Microsoft SQL Server Express as its database server, which is the free version of the Microsoft SQL Server database server suite. Microsoft SQL Server Express is limited in respect to its performance capacity (speed), which in-turn places limits on RAAS Express performance. In addition, Microsoft SQL Express allows a maximum database size of 10 gigabytes.
Migrating from RAAS Express
Migrating from RAAS Express to the full RAAS version is very easy. For those customers that have chosen to purchase ongoing system updates the cost of migrating is simply the cost difference between RAAS Express and the full RAAS version. For those customers that have not chosen to purchase ongoing system updates the cost of migrating is the cost of the full RAAS version discounted fifteen percent.
